Refund policy

At NotOut Nation, we want you to be stoked with your order, but if something's not right, we'll help sort it out.

Return Window
You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for:

  • Defective, misprinted, or damaged items
  • Wrong size ordered (return shipping costs apply, see below)

To be eligible, your item must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging (if applicable).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, wash, or used
  • Sales items or gift cards

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@notoutnation.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if it’s damaged or defective)

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or misprinted items, we will cover the return shipping or may send a replacement without requiring a return.
  • For wrong size orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping. In some cases, we may offer a discounted replacement without requiring the return.

Replacements and Refunds
If your return is approved, we will send you a replacement. Where a replacement is not possible, or as required by local consumer law, we will provide a refund.

Provided once your return request is approved.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note this right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.

Personalised Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for personalised or custom-made products due to change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under consumer law. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
